I shopped around at a LOT of other Baltimore studios before landing on Inspiring Fitness, and from the first class I knew it was a fit. Stacey, the owner and one of the main instructors, is incredibly warm, welcoming, and committed to her studio. She knows every student by name, works tirelessly to craft and refresh workouts, and goes above and beyond to make every student feel comfortable. Getting back into shape or switching studios can be super daunting, but this studio truly has that "community feel" & support. Stacey also hires a variety of talented instructors that are all lovely and offer different styles and experiences. The studio offers an incredible range of classes (pilates, barre, sculpt, yoga), super flexible times (morning/lunchtime/evening), and has a free parking lot around back (which is huuuge for a city studio.) I honestly can't say enough good things about this studio & would recommend to anybody in or around the area!

When you start at Inspiring Fitness, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts. Sign up today!

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We create each workout or class with every fitness level in mind and offer modifications where needed. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

We are locally owned, and our goal is to make an impact on the health and happiness of Baltimore residents. You’re not just a number here, everyone knows your name. If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified trainers. Each trainer will offer their own unique and creative style.
Trainers will guide the students through each class or workout, assisting with the movements, proper form and any needed modifications.
We offer exciting, challenging and varied classes which will keep it fun! The descriptions of each class are provided on our schedule and on our booking application.
